(a) As a general rule we don’t cancel or return your order once you have received a confirmation from our end.
(b) However, under any circumstances if we are unable to deliver you our stitching service, we will contact you on your mention phone number or email address and will inform you about the same.
(c) If we had picked up the materials from you to stitch, we shall deliver the same back to you at no additional cost in case the order is cancelled from our end.
(d) We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
- In the event of the designated address following outside the serviceable area offered by us;
- Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming your booking request;
- You are unable to provide a measurement dress
- Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
- Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.
